In this live-action rendering of the classic story, one girl must summon all of her strength in order to fight for what she believes is right. As a maiden, though, the Chinese society in which she lives doesn't necessarily support her ultimate goals. And if she wants to save her father, she'll need to disguise herself as someone else. Luckily, she has a plan ready, and it's more audacious than anyone could have possibly imagined.
