Ove is a grumpy older man who rules over his neighborhood with an iron fist. Ever since his wife's death, his outlook on life has been downcast. However, when a pregnant neighbor moves in with her rambunctious family, Ove finds himself suddenly thrust out of his normal schedule and daily routine. With his comfort zone eroding, Ove finds that he must adapt to the new circumstances. Surrounded by this serendipity, he must start life anew.
