Based on the personal journal of the first girl who fell victim to the Columbine school shooting in 1999, a story of human kindness is unfolded. While following her thoughts from notebook to screen, the student's feelings of love, faith, family and friendship are examined and acted out. Before her untimely and tragic death, she touched the lives of many of her fellow students with her compassion and kindness. She felt the need to reach out to those who seemed unreachable and who needed love and compassion the most. Her classmates respected and loved her in return.
