Beautiful Detective Catherine Chandler's life forever changes after she meets handsome ex-soldier Vincent Keller. Public records state that Vincent Keller died in action overseas, but Catherine learns that Vincent has been in hiding since the government attempted to turn him into a super soldier in a secret program.
