The Devil has taken up residence in the Lost city of Angels, Los Angeles. After spending an untold amount of years sitting at the mantle of power in Hell, he grew weary and depressed tormenting the souls sent to him by his Father, so he did what any rebellious, fallen angel would do and quit his job, left and now he runs a nightclub called Lux in L.A. under his full name, Lucifer Morningstar. After witnessing the heartless murder of a friend and star, curiosity about her murder and about Detective Chloe Becker leads the handsome devil new places.
