'Scandal' is a political thriller about a former media consultant. Romance and danger create plenty of tension while a dash of mystery keeps viewers in suspense. In the past, Olivia Pope worked for the president, but she left the job to begin a crisis management firm. Her new career involves protecting the public personas of the country?s political elite. To help her run the firm, Ms. Pope hired Quinn Perkins, who is a young lawyer, Harrison Wright and a hacking expert named Huck. Olivia started her consulting firm to move forward. Unfortunately, her past has a bad habit of stepping in the way.
