A rich computer programmer receiving intelligence reports from an AI satellite teams up with a former assassin to stop crime. But the artificial intelligence supplies only the names of people involved in events that are about to happen, without any details about the role they play in the crime. The team and a sympathetic member of the local police work against the clock to save lives, starting from the limited clues the AI provides. Using the wide network of surveillance that spies on everyone, the team zeroes in on potential criminals to stop them before they kill or commit other acts of devastation.
