7.0Cedar Cove is based on the series of books by author Debbie Macomber, though a few key plot points have been altered. This original series follows the professional and personal life of Municipal Court Judge Olivia Lockhart. She has moved back home to the area following her divorce. As she seeks to rebuild her own life, she also serves as a sort of moral compass for the rest of the people in the small town.
