This sitcom is a comedy which looks at the life of a recently divorced woman with a teenage son. Women of this age set are referred to as cougars and the town where she lives in Florida has more women of this age and lifestyle than just the main character. Cougar Town is a comedy which takes a look at the dating and living arrangements for a woman who has been married for many years and now has to move on from that situation.
