7.8'Getting On,' set in the geriatric care department at the shabby Mt. Palms Hospital, is a place one might not expect to find comedy. Luckily, the show features a cast of characters with which many can sympathize and relate. Dr. Jenna James longed to be a medical researcher but she now struggles with administering daily care to the patients. Nurse Dawn would be better at her job if she worried less about romance. Nurse DiDi has a great bedside manor, which wouldn't hurt the rest of the crew to emulate.
