Detective Starks is investigating a string of mysterious murders that eerily resemble those committed by now jailed serial killer Henry Lee Bishop. Starks tries to question Bishop about them but Bishop's responses are vague and unsettling. Then, a young deaf boy watching a voyeur house website sees a college girl fighting to stay alive on it. Starks finds out it is being webcast from the same house where Bishop committed his grisly murders years before.
