Jim is a Bigfoot believer with a dream. He wants to go to Bluff Creek, the site of the famous film Roger Patterson shot of a Bigfoot in 1967. Accompanying him on this trip - rather reluctantly - is his girlfriend Kelly. Their first stop is the Bigfoot Festival in Willow Creek. At first they both enjoy themselves, interviewing locals and taking part in other activities. But some of the people they interview give them an ominous warning. Stay out of the woods. Jim and Kelly ignore them and hike to the site of the Patterson film. That's when the terror begins. They hear strange sounds at night. They attempt to hike out of the woods, but get lost. Could the locals be harassing Jim and Kelly, or is something far more dangerous hunting them?
