Abby Russell spends all of her daytime hours as a highly trusted nurse, tending to the sick and needy. When the night comes, she transforms into a dangerously beautiful vixen who seduces unfaithful men and leads them to their deaths, exposing their many infidelities to the world at large afterward. Another nurse eventually develops suspicions about Abby's extracurricular activities and sets out to thwart the clever, murdering nurse's plan. Abby works feverishly to find a way around this obstacle, as she has one more cheater to kill and expose, and it is a person that no one would ever expect.
