Claire is about to get married, so her and her closest friends Zoe and Janet and her sister Leslie travel to Las Vegas for a bachelorette party. Their bachelorette party spirals out of control with drinking and sex, as they are kicked out of a strip club, robbed at gunpoint, they get involved in a Jell-O wrestling match, escape from an ambulance, and endure all manner of shenanigans all over Las Vegas. Despite all of the mishaps, the four girls are still determined to make this trip one to remember, and they never realize the fact that this is all being videotaped.
