Follow the lives of six best friends as they attempt to establish themselves as adults living in Chicago. The main characters include Brad and Jane, a perfectionistic power couple, cheery Alex, Jane?s younger sister, Dave, an aspiring entrepreneur, Max, a lazy comedian, and Penny, a dramatic and self-doubting young woman. The series begins when Alex and Dave break their engagement. This is devastating for everyone because Alex and Dave were responsible for bringing the six friends together in the first place. Throughout the series, the friends experience a plethora of challenges: relational drama, financial hardship, trouble accepting their own personality quirks and struggles with ?finding themselves.? However, they always stick together no matter what problems life throws at them.
