This cynical, darkly comedic spin on the found footage genre sets audiences up for a comedy of errors when two guys sharing a house set out to impress a girl with a supernatural fixation. After researching the history of their home, they stumble upon a murder that was committed long before they took up residence and decide to investigate the potential for an old-fashioned haunting. Armed with cameras and intentions to seduce their unwitting lady friend, they discover more than they bargained for when the haunting turns out to be real. As if this weren't wacky enough, the ghostly femme fatal develops feelings for one of the protagonists and hijinks ensue. The biggest issue is, of course, she's not interested in taking "no" for an answer. The plot follows the efforts of the living to exorcise their home of this spirit inclined for a little naughty fun at their expense, as she uses her disincarnate skills to woo an unwilling suitor in the flesh. Follow the team of not-so-intrepid ghost hunters as they find more than they expected and seek to cope with a hilariously real haunting.
