This series follows the story of a human family living in a community of extra-terrestrials. The Weaver family relocated to a gated community called "Hidden Hills" and discovered that the other residents are from another planet. All of the residents have names of sports celebrities such as Larry Bird and Reggie Jackson. The aliens receive nourishment through their eyes by reading instead of eating food through their mouths and when they cry, green goo seeps out of their ears. They have been on Earth for 10 years and still await instructions on how and when to return home. At times they will appear in original alien form by simply clapping their hands over their head.
