As an increase in Demon Possessions plagues the globe, Sister Ann feels a call to become the first female exorcist. When the Catholic Church reopened a school to train priests in the Rite of Exorcism, Sister Ann finds a professor willing to train her to battle against the demons with Father Dante, a fellow student. In her journey to fight against evil, Sister Ann encounters a demon she believes previously tormented her mother in a fight for the soul of a young girl. However, she soon discovers the Devil has her on a journey of his own making.
