Taking place in 19th-century France, supernatural events begin to occur in a small village. A pathologist, John McBride, comes to the village to investigate all while dealing with his own demons. The curse on the village occurs when a land baron named Seamus Laurent slaughters a Roma clan. The curse begins with the residents of the village having nightmares. Eventually, a child goes missing and that's just the beginning. Can John McBride uncover the source of the supernatural phenomenon, or will the village be cursed forever?
