A crooked CIA agent who has gone rogue teams up with a team of engineers who have designed a new class of military robot soldiers. The CIA agents contracts with the engineers to drop their killer robots into a jungle region near Thailand. He wants the robots to take out a small army of hardened drug cartel operators. If the robots can complete the mission successfully, their makers are promised a lucrative military contract. The mission goes terribly wrong, however, when the murderous man-machines began to indiscriminately slaughter innocent villagers while a group of humanitarian doctors witnesses the disaster.
