Whilst preparing for the Winter Jubilee, Norm's crown is stolen. Masking a mission to find his crown with that of a family vacation, Norm ties his responsibilities together. Norm and his family head to China. Norm finds it is better to work with his family to find the crown thief. As a family, Norm discovers they are unstoppable.
