When the Green River Killer begins a spree of murders in Washington, investigators are tasked with bringing a quick end to the killings. Their efforts seem futile until one detective adopts a controversial strategy. The detective decides to meet with serial killer Ted Bundy. He hopes that Bundy's insight will help catch the Green River Killer. A cat and mouse game soon begins, and the investigator must avoid becoming a pawn in Bundy's game.
