When Barbara Thorson has a bad day, she lets off steam by killing giants. An oddball at school with her Norse Warhammer slung across her back, Barbara actually has incredible skills. She details an imaginary life for herself in which she is an expert at offing evil giants in a fantastical world of whimsy and magic. Though she is sure that she is the hero she imagines herself to be, these daring escapades into dangers territory may have more to do with her troubles in her own home than any actual giant killing prowess.
