Kevin Can Wait is a comedy series about New York police officer Kevin Gable who is newly retired. He returns home expecting a quiet life with his wife and three children. However, this proves more difficult than Kevin thought. During his time on the force, his daughter Kendra has gotten engaged to a British app designer, his younger daughter Sara has developed an anger management problem, and his youngest child Jack is an unpopular hypochondriac. Now, Kevin must juggle all of these issues while settling into his new life outside of the line of duty.
