Nell and Eva?s sisterly bond is put to the test when they find themselves having to learn to survive without one of the necessities for the 20th century's most basic advancements: electricity. In a secluded home in the Pacific Northwest, their lives are changed due to what seems like a simple power outage. As the outage continues for an extended length of time though, tensions rise, survival skills are needed, and the question of just what caused it begs to be asked.
