The 100 is a show set 97 years after a nuclear war destroys the Earth. The lone survivors are on a spaceship that is running out of resources. The elders decide to ship 100 juvenile delinquents (only those under 18 are allowed to remain on the Ark if they have been accused of a crime. Adults are ejected out into space) down to Earth in the hope of re-population. Once on Earth, they find that not everyone was killed by the war. When the adults find that the kids can survive on Earth, the rest of the population joins them.
