Olivia ?Liv? Moore isn't your average assistant medical examiner. She was killed at a boat party, but she didn't stay dead. Instead, Liv came back as a sort of zombie. She still has her own mind but must also eat human brains for food. After Liv learns that she can absorb memories through her diet, she decides to use this talent to help the police solve crimes. Yet, Liv soon learns that she isn't the only zombie in the world these days, and she must also find a cure to this disease before the world is overrun by her kind.
