Louis is a divorced dad with two small daughters. He performs stand up in various nightclubs while spending his days with his daughters in New York. Louis is back on the dating market, but many of his dates are flat-out disasters. On one of his first dates, he knocks on a woman's door and is told to wait in the hallway. Her elderly neighbor opens the door naked and calls Louis a pig. The date goes downhill from there. It seems that Louis can't find love out there in the wilds of New York, but he plods along working on his comedy and being a good father to his children.
