Annie Walker is yanked from her CIA training early to begin her field work. What she doesn't understand is that the CIA is training her for one specific mission. They want her to track down Ben Mercer. Annie and Ben had a brief affair, and she hasn't moved past the relationship although she has tried. On her first case, Annie works alongside two other agents. One is Jai Wilcox and the other is Auggie Anderson. Annie is so new to being an agent that she often finds herself in trouble out in the field but she's nothing if not resourceful. She always finds a way to get out of any scrapes she finds herself in while working as a spy.
