According to the FBI, there are more than 300 serial killers who are currently actively in the United States alone. What is these killers were able to connect with each other to join forces? This is exactly what happens - one brilliant yet psychotic killer, Joe, who?s obsessed with Edgar Allen Poe, manages to bring together a host of serial killers to create his following. FBI Agent Ryan Hardy, who?s had a difficult run in both his life and his career, is brought in to find and combat Joe. Why? They have something in common - Claire, Joe?s wife and Ryan?s love. Unfortunately, the person who really gets caught in the middle is Joey, Claire and Joe?s son.
