Grand Piano is a mystery film which focuses on a concert pianist. Five years earlier, the concert pianist suffered a meltdown on stage. As he begins his big comeback the pianist, who has had severe issues with stage fright since his meltdown, finds a curious note written inside his sheet music. The message informs the pianist that he will be shot dead if he stops playing the piano. An earpiece is given to the pianist where the sniper who is threatening him with death begins taunting and threatening him. The rest of Grand Piano is a cat-and-mouse game where the pianist is taken to the brink of sanity.
