A family man accidentally makes his world susceptible to dysfunction and murder when he attempts to grow the perfect lawn. Jeff and Nealy Lang seem to have it all. They've been married for ten years, live in a beautiful home and have a new baby. Unfortunately, Jeff has lost that loving feeling for his wife and wants the spark back. Instead, Jeff diverts his attention towards making his lawn the best in the neighborhood. Problems escalate when his obsession to rid his yard of raccoons and a feline-hoarding neighbor get out of hand. This whole situation becomes a full-blown crisis that leads to extramarital affairs and extortion.
