New York City blood runs blue in this police drama centering around one family, the Reagans. Patriarch, Frank, is NYPD Police Commissioner with three of his children actively working in the police force. Frank's son, Joseph, was recently murdered, sending shock waves through the family. As a successful detective, Joseph's death seemed calculated with no suspects in sight. The Reagan's youngest son, Jamie, graduates from the police academy and dives head first into the investigation surrounding Joe's death.
